Simple Apple Pie for the Last Minute Mom

Prep Time: 
10 minutes or less

Cook Time: 
45 minutes

Ingredients: 
1 Box Ready-To-Bake Immaculate Pie Crusts
1 Can Apple Pie Filling
1 Tablespoon cinnamon

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Unroll 1 pie crust and place firmly in bottom of 9 inch pie pan.
3. Pour in apple filling evenly.
4. Unroll second pie crust and place on top of pie. Classic lattice, word design, holiday symbol.. the possibilities are endless. Cookie cutters work great and are easy to layer for a fun, festive look.
5. Use spoon to create scalloped edge design.
6. Bake for 45 minutes, after the first 15 minutes remove the pie and cover the crust in aluminum foil.
7. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of pie, brown sugar is optional.

Serving tip: serve warm with vanilla ice cream and a cup of coffee, you will not disappoint!
